Orders placed within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 / Tracked 24.
We cannot expect responsibility for late deliveries due to unforseen circumstances outside of our control.
Returns
If you would like to return your item that you have bought from us, you can return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. (the initial delivery charges are non-refundable).
Please note that puchases made within a 'clearance', 'reduction' or 'discounted' section are non returnable and the transactions are final.
We must receive the item(s) within 14 days from the date of purchase for your refund to be processed.
To return your purchase, please contact us for the return address.
We recommend you use a tracked method of postage.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 days for your refund to appear in your bank / original payment method. All delivery charges are non refundable.
